Elie is the Founder of Geiger Engineering PC and has served as the partner-in-charge for numerous significant restoration projects throughout the New York City metropolitan area. Since establishing the firm in 1987, Mr. Geiger has played a pivotal role in its growth and the successful execution of its projects. With over 38 years of comprehensive experience in engineering, exterior restoration, and special inspections, he has established himself as a Professional Structural Engineer. Mr. Geiger has effectively managed hundreds of complex and demanding projects. His extensive expertise in engineering and detailing various materials has allowed him to develop a reputation for delivering cost-effective, innovative, and technologically sound solutions to a diverse range of engineering challenges. He holds licenses in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.

Mr. Taha has been active in the industry since the early 2000s, boasting over 20 years of experience in successfully managing all phases of multi million-dollar restoration projects. He possesses a robust background in construction administration, as well as comprehensive consultation and design throughout the entire project cycle. Mr. Taha excels in leading complex restoration projects.

Liviu serves as a Senior Associate and Chief Consulting Engineer, bringing over 40 years of expertise in new construction, historic preservation, and expansions. He is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and the Structural Engineers Association of New York (SEAoNY). Additionally, Liviu has held the position of Adjunct Professor at the New York Institute of Technology for over 25 years and has been a visiting lecturer at various other institutions. His project experience spans four continents, encompassing both large and small-scale endeavors. Mr. Schwartz is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.
